Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on cell tower sites in the Northampton region. This role requires travel within the 60-mile radius and a proactive, self-directed mindset.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain cooling systems, perform routine checks, and respond to after-hours calls as needed. Join a team that supports growth in the telecom industry and values safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA 2 or Universal Certification.
• At least 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call-out services.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and promptly.
• Drive a motor vehicle safely and legally per company policy and insurance requirements.
