Job summary

Pearce, a technology-enabled provider of asset management for mission-critical infrastructure, seeks Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC on telecom shelters at cell tower sites. This regional role requires travel within 60 miles of Bridgeport, CT, and self-direction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing systems, performing preventive maintenance, and completing reports.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems – diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or install components.
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Perform additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call outs.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
