Qualifications

• 1+ years of practical HS&E experience; telecommunications experience preferred.
• Formal OH&S education is an asset.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hazard assessments, inspections, and audits; report findings and verify corrective actions.
• Provide on-site HS&E guidance to implement programs and address emergency response and safety metrics.
• Mentor HS&E Coordinators and Advisors to improve processes.
• Collect and analyze safety data; recommend improvements from incidents, inspections, and audits.
• Lead complex incident investigations; identify root causes and train teams.
• Support supervisors in managing injuries/illnesses and return-to-work processes.
