Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Telecom Business Development Manager to craft tailored value propositions for Telco customer journey modernization leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and 1P/3P contact center solutions. You will engage with senior Telecom CX executives and define baseline and To-be states.

The role requires deep experience in GTM, data and AI technologies, and the ability to influence leadership decisions while transforming contact centers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years solving problems with technology in the Telecommunications industry.
• 5+ years Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• 5+ years working with Data & AI tech incl GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.
• Experience developing strategies influencing leadership decisions.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior Telecom CX executives and Contact Center leaders to create baseline, gap assessment and To-be state.
• Understand and communicate Telecom Enterprise architecture and Telephony integration.
• Run EBC’s and business engagements for Contact center domain.
• Knowledge in Generative AI & Agentic AI capabilities Transform telecom contact centers.
