Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks an accomplished leader to guide the Agentic Transformation and Solution Adoption initiative on the Telco IBU team.

You will define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for deploying autonomous AI agents across Telecom Service Provider operations, aligning with AWS Bedrock and Gen AI services to transform customer experiences and service delivery. You will build executive-level relationships, drive adoption globally, and lead cross-functional teams including Solution

Qualifications

10+ years in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
Experience with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics).
Experience solving problems with technology in Telecommunications.

Responsibilities

Lead the Agentic Value Realization initiative end-to-end, defining vision, strategy, and roadmap for deploying AI-powered autonomous agents in Telco ops.
Develop and architect agentic solutions leveraging Bedrock and AWS AI services for telecom use cases.
Drive customer adoption by engaging Telecom Service Providers globally and building executive relationships.
Develop and scale partner ecosystems with ISVs, SIs, and technology providers for agentic solutions.
Create field enablement programs and training materials for AWS sales, solution architects, and partners.
Drive key deals with GTM teams, manage revenue targets, and lead strategic industry engagements.
On a day-to-day basis, shape the Agentic Universe platform in collaboration with engineering and field teams.
