Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in the United States seeks a customer-facing Lead Architect to drive Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation programs across NOC, OSS, and operations, shaping roadmaps and advising executives.

You will lead workshops, define architectures, collaborate with AWS and client teams, and deliver end-to-end technical solutions focused on efficiency, reliability, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software development, solution delivery, or technology consulting.
• Strong experience with telecom operations, especially NOC/OSS, incident, ticket, and service assurance processes.
• Practical experience defining AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI use cases for enterprise operations.
• Ability to translate operational challenges into agent features, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of AI agents, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, APIs, integrations, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Sound knowledge of software architecture, SDLC, Agile, testing, deployment and production support.
• Proven experience conducting client workshops, requirement-discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite Lead Architect for Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation across NOC, SOC, network operations, service assurance and incident management domains.
• Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions to assess current-state NOC/SOC operating models, alarm flows, ticket lifecycles, triage processes, escalation paths and pain points.
• Define Agentic AI-driven solution architectures for alarm correlation, event deduplication, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis and incident enrichment.
• Design integration patterns for alarms, events, incidents, topology, inventory, logs, metrics, traces and operational knowledge across telecom NOC/SOC ecosystems.
• Partner with AWS, customer network teams, operations teams and engineering stakeholders to design secure, scalable, cloud-native Agentic AI telecom platforms.
• Lead solutioning, PoCs, end-to-end technical delivery and executive presentations focused on operational efficiency and measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Offshore teams and stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle.
