Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Lead Architect to drive Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation programs, including large-scale NOC/SOC initiatives. You will run customer workshops, shape roadmaps, and define AWS-based architectures while advising executives and stakeholders.

The role collaborates with offshore teams through the transformation lifecycle and focuses on operational efficiency and service reliability.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Telecom, AI Automation and Digital Transformation.
Hands on agentic AI implementation exp.
Strong customer handling, consulting and stakeholder management experience.
Deep telecom domain expertise across NOC, OSS/BSS, Service Assurance, Provisioning and Operations.
Strong experience delivering AI-driven transformation and automation programs.
Strong AWS architecture, cloud migration, modernization and transformation experience.

Responsibilities

Lead onsite workshops and discovery sessions with customers across NOC/SOC domains.
Define Agentic AI-driven solution architectures for alarm correlation, event deduplication, anomaly detection, and incident remediation.
Design integration patterns for alarms, events, incidents, topology, inventory, logs, metrics, traces.
Collaborate with AWS and customer teams to design secure, scalable cloud-native platforms.
Lead PoCs and end-to-end technical delivery with executive stakeholders.
Coordinate with offshore teams and multiple engineering, product, and operations groups.
