Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Telecommunication Foreman to lead the installation of low-voltage systems across federal, healthcare, and commercial facilities. You will oversee OSP/ISP copper, CCTV, DAS, and fiber optics, ensuring plans, codes, and safety standards are met.

Expect significant field responsibility, leadership of crews, and frequent travel. Required is a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a high school diploma or GED, and 8+ years in telecom installation/oversight, with BICSI Installer 1

Qualifications

• Clearance/Citizen Type: U.S. Citizenship required with ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain a Polygraph.
• High school diploma or GED required with 8+ years of telecom installation/oversight experience.
• Minimum BICSI Installer 1 copper certification; Fiber certification preferred.
• Experience with OSP/ISP copper, CCTV, DAS, fiber optic, and structured cabling in diverse markets.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications; strong QA.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work in healthcare, government, higher-education, and mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Install communications cabling and equipment per plans, specs, codes, and industry standards.
• Gain understanding of Telecom Systems including OSP/ISP copper, CCTV, DAS, fiber, and structured cabling.
• Support complex scopes across Healthcare, Government, Higher-Education, Federal Aviation (preferred) and mission-critical facilities.
• Lead field-project teams and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.
• Travel up to 75% to various job sites and customers.
