Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Telecommunication Foreman to join the Security and Electronic Systems unit. You will lead the installation of low-voltage cabling, CCTV, DAS, and fiber projects across healthcare, government, and critical facilities, with heavy field leadership and travel.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a BICSI Installer 1 certification (Installer 2 preferred), and 8+ years of related experience in OSP/ISP and telecom systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in telecom oversight & installation (OSP/ISP Copper, CCTV, DAS, fiber, cable).
• BICSI certification required at least Installer 1; Fiber cert preferable.

Responsibilities

• Install communications cabling and equipment per plans and codes.
• Read blueprints; ensure safety and standards in telecom install.
• Lead field teams on low-voltage cabling, OSP/ISP work, and system commissioning.
• Travel up to 75% to different sites.
• Support healthcare, government, higher-education, and critical facilities.
