Job summary

M.C. Dean is looking for a Telecom Foreman to oversee the installation of communications cabling and equipment per plans and standards. The role requires leading crews, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring adherence to BICSI and TIA/EIA standards.

This full-time position includes company benefits and safety obligations. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in commercial communications, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain US Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial communications.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• BICSI Technician certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; background check and drug test.
• Ability to obtain US Secret Clearance.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install telecom cabling and equipment per plans and standards.
• Lead small to large crews (5+ people) across multiple locations.
• Train and supervise technicians; perform QA on installs.
• Ensure safety policies and PPE usage.
• Coordinate with management on procedures and issues.
• Maintain clean work area and manage tools.
