Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Telecommunication Foreman to join our Security and Electronic Systems team. You will supervise installation projects across healthcare, government, and critical facilities, ensuring compliance with plans and standards.

Strong leadership, plan-reading, and safety discipline are essential. Expect extensive travel and collaboration with engineers and site teams. Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 8+ years of telecommunications experience in oversight and installation of OSP/ISP copper, CCTV, DAS, fiber, and structured cabling.
• BICSI Installer 1 copper certification at minimum; fiber certification desired.
• Experience with Federal & Government facilities, healthcare, critical infrastructure anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Install and oversee telecommunications cabling and equipment per plans, specs, and codes.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Lead field teams; ensure safety and quality on multi-site projects.
• Travel up to 75% to support healthcare, government, and mission-critical facilities.
