Qualifications

• 8+ years prior experience in commercial communications industry.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• BICSI Technician certification is desirable; willingness to obtain certification.
• Must pass background check and drug test; valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of low voltage cabling and telecom equipment per plans and codes.
• Manage small to large projects with 5+ technicians across locations.
• Ensure safety policies, PPE usage, and daily safety briefings.
• Coordinate with senior management to resolve work procedure issues.
• Train and supervise technicians; perform QA checks on cable installs.
