Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Experience in telecommunications or related field; Dish Network experience preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems and equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to resolve network and service issues promptly.
• Conduct site surveys to evaluate equipment placement and installation requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and equipment used.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices.
• Vehicle maintenance and ensuring tools and materials are stocked.
• Be available to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
• Collaborate with upper management on assigned tasks.
