A leading telecommunications company is seeking a technician to handle the installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment in various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics technology or telecommunications, exceptional problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft applications. Responsibilities include documenting outages, managing schedules, and ensuring high levels of customer service. A valid driver's license and TWIC credential are required.
Qualifications
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to obtain or retain a TWIC.
A minimum of four years experience in electronic technology or telecommunications is preferred.
Responsibilities
Maintain and install telecommunications equipment.
Document resolutions for telecomm outages and repairs.
Interface professionally with various stakeholders.
Schedule work efficiently and work with limited supervision.
Respond to callouts and overtime as required.
Travel to various telecommunication sites.
