Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in telecommunications or related field preferred.
• Experience in telecommunications or related field is a plus; experience with Dish Network technology is also preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems and equipment, including routers, switches, and fiber optics.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to resolve network and service issues promptly.
• Conduct site surveys to evaluate equipment placement and installation requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and equipment used, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Stay up to date with industry developments, technologies, and best practices to support continuous improvement.
• Vehicle maintenance: keep a clean, organized work vehicle stocked with necessary tools and materials.
• Flexible schedule: be available to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
• Work with upper management in any tasks that they assign.
