Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience with XCAL and CW testing.
• Familiarity with spectrum analyzers.
• Basic telecom system knowledge (cabling, routers, switches).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Installation and setup of telecom equipment at customer sites.
• Maintenance and repairs of telecommunications infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting complex network issues with senior staff.
• Testing and QA to verify functionality and safety standards.
• Effective communication with customers during service calls.
• Accurate documentation of installations and repairs.
• Adherence to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
