Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Field Technician II to install, maintain, and repair telecom equipment across customer sites. You will work with senior techs to ensure network performance and customer satisfaction. This entry-level role emphasizes hands-on learning and field exposure.

The position requires 2–5 years of related experience with XCAL/CW testing, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Travel to various job sites is expected.

Qualifications

High school diploma; technical certifications are a plus.
2–5 years experience with XCAL and CW testing.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel to sites.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

Assist in installation and setup of telecom equipment at customer sites and facilities.
Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on telecom infrastructure.
Identify and troubleshoot issues with telecom equipment and networks with senior technicians.
Conduct tests on installed systems to verify functionality and safety compliance.
Interact with customers during service calls and maintain professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
