Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience or certifications in telecommunications is a plus.
• General knowledge of communication equipment and networks is useful.

Responsibilities

• Install, access, and maintain TEC products and services in a timely manner.
• Operate TEC’s customer tracking system efficiently.
• Perform tests of equipment and store results.
• Confer with customers to determine modifications for satisfaction.
• May mentor, lead, and direct the work of other technicians.
