Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• 2–5 years' experience with XCAL and CW testing.
• Familiarity with telecom cabling, routers and switches.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Install telecommunications equipment at customer sites and network facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on telecom infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot telecom equipment and networks with senior technicians.
• Test installed systems to verify functionality and performance, ensure safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs and maintenance.
• Submit reports to supervisors as required.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE guidelines on-site.
