Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services seeks a Superintendent to lead daily field operations across North America. You will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards, while maintaining site safety and coordinating field staff, contractors, and tradespeople.

Your leadership will drive project success on diverse telecom builds. You will develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and mentor field teams, with 50–70% travel and site-based work.

Qualifications

• Experience reading construction documents, drawings, specs and practices.
• Strong leadership and communication to direct field teams and subs.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and anticipate issues on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet approved plans, specs, and codes.
• Lead development of project quality plans and safety programs.
• Review schedules, address delays, and contribute to overall project timelines.
• Estimate activity durations and material needs for complex projects.
• Oversee financial reporting and procurement with vendors and subs.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff and superintendents.
