Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.
• Familiarity with consumer/enterprise communication devices.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses and tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete all required sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across Spectrum services (high-speed data, mobile, landline, video).
• Monitor competitors' activities within the territory and report to manager.
