You will coach, develop, and mentor team members, assign projects, monitor progress for timely completion, and maintain monthly forecasts to support project management. Safety and quality are emphasized throughout MasTec's operations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to learn custom software.
• Must have wireline experience.
• AT&T and Comcast experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign and oversee projects to team members, monitor for timely completion, and ensure quality.
• Coach, develop and mentor team members.
• Maintain a monthly financial forecast for project management.
