Qualifications

• Safety is part of daily work and a track record of quality.
• Hands-on leader with field experience managing crews.
• Experience in telecom construction: coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading.
• Able to coach and mentor teams; strong problem-solving in the field.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to learn new software.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction (Aerial and underground).
• Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture.
• Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects.
• Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers.
• Gives direction to multiple crews and their job site activities.
