MasTec Network Solutions is seeking an Outside Plant Engineer to support telecom construction across multiple projects. You will develop, maintain detailed project plans and drive work through all phases, ensuring quality and safety on site.

You will collaborate with field teams, manage schedules, budgets, and resources, and complete job site walkthroughs while leading project meetings. A hands-on, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to long-term projects are essential.
