Job summary

MasTec Communications Group in Michigan is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of Outside Plant Engineers, driving telecom construction projects from start to finish with strong leadership and accountability.

You will coach, develop, and mentor team members, assign projects, monitor progress for timely completion, and maintain monthly forecasts to support project management. Safety and quality are emphasized throughout MasTec's operations.

In addition, you will:

• Manage a team of Outside Plant Engineers (Project Coordinators)

• Coach, develop and mentor team members
• Maintain a monthly financial forecast for project management

Compensation of $80,000-$90,000 annually, depending on the experience.
