Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking an Engineer Field to support telecommunications construction projects from Phoenix, AZ. This on-site role requires coordinating with project teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while meeting customer specifications.

The position emphasizes field visits, Bill of Materials formulation, CAD updates, and strong communication with clients and internal teams. A background in telecom and CAD tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Myriad.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and review telecom system requirements and generate installation specifications aligned with industry and customer standards.
• Schedule on-site visits to collect information on network build-out or removal.
• Advise clients during deployment phases.
• Formulate Bill of Materials.
• Update site records using CAD software (AutoCAD/Myriad).
• Interface with sales, operations, engineering, installation and procurement teams.
• Assist installation and customer engineering with issue resolution.
• Adhere to customer and management milestones.
• Participate in non-customer projects to support corporate development.
