Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking an Engineer Field to support planning and coordination of telecommunications construction projects. You will work under the Project Manager to ensure schedule, budget, and customer standards are met and documented.

Responsibilities include site visits, BOM formulation, client advisement during deployment, and CAD-based record updates. Local Phoenix, AZ area preferred. Competitive compensation and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Myriad, or similar drawing programs.
• Ability to set priorities, problem solve, and work without supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willing to work a minimum of 50 hours per week as needed.

Responsibilities

• Research and review telecom system requirements and generate installation specifications per industry and customer standards.
• Schedule and perform on-site visits to collect information on telecom network build-out or removal.
• Advise clients during all deployment phases.
• Formulate Bill of Materials.
• Update site records using CAD tools such as AutoCAD.
• Interface with management across sales, operations, engineering, installation and procurement.
• Assist engineering with resolving project issues.
• Adhere to engineering milestones defined by customer or management.
• Participate in non-customer projects for corporate development.
