Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC is hiring an Operator Telecom Construction Equipment in Phoenix to operate a range of drilling and support equipment on utility projects. You will be responsible for site setup, bore scheduling, and safety-focused work across various weather conditions.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, pass background and drug screenings, and willingness to work overtime or travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to attend and pass all required training.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate drill equipment on jobsite (e.g., Directional Drill, Backhoe/Excavator, Skid Steer).
• Restore and landscape disturbed areas of the jobsite.
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule.
• Set up site and perform clean-up duties.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment.
• Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Perform safety perimeter setup with signage and barriers; assist with flagging as needed.
