Job summary

The Environmental team focuses on due diligence for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, with opportunities to assess risk, navigate regulatory requirements, and contribute to project delivery. You will prepare and review Phase I ESAs, conduct history research, and support NEPA/permits coordination while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Experience preparing Phase I ESAs under ASTM E1527-21.
• Ability to research property history and interpret environmental records.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and support conclusions with professional judgment.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel to job sites roughly once per month with occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and serve as Environmental Professional for Phase I ESAs per ASTM E1527-21 and All Appropriate Inquiries.
• Research property histories, review records, conduct site reconnaissance and interviews, assess environmental concerns.
• Develop conclusions on recognized environmental conditions, data gaps, and need for further investigation.
• Support environmental/regulatory reviews for telecom projects, including NEPA documentation and permitting coordination.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and multidisciplinary teams to support due diligence and project delivery.
• Analyze environmental data, maintain records, and assist with scopes of work, budgets, and technical reports.
