Ramaker & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Professional to contribute to Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, regulatory reviews, and due diligence for telecommunications projects across the upper Midwest and beyond.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineers and surveyors, extensive documentation, and risk-based conclusions. Qualified candidates will have Phase I ESA experience, familiarity with ASTM E1527-21, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments under ASTM E1527-21.
• Ability to research property histories and environmental records.
• Prepare technical reports with sound professional judgment.
• Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and serve as the Environmental Professional for Phase I ESA per ASTM E1527-21 and AAI requirements.
• Research property histories and environmental records, conduct site reconnaissance and interviews.
• Develop conclusions on ENR conditions, data gaps, and need for further investigation.
• Support environmental/regulatory reviews for telecom projects, including NEPA docs and permitting coordination.
