Qualifications

• Experience preparing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments under ASTM E1527-21.
• Researching property history, environmental records, and site investigation findings.
• Preparing technical reports, evaluating environmental conditions with sound professional judgment.
• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and serve as the Environmental Professional for Phase I ESAs.
• Research property histories and environmental records; conduct site reconnaissance and interviews.
• Develop conclusions on recognized environmental conditions and data gaps.
• Support environmental and regulatory reviews for telecommunications projects and NEPA documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and teams to support due diligence and project delivery.
• Analyze environmental data and assist with scopes of work, budgets, and reports.
