Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and serve as Environmental Professional for Phase I ESAs under ASTM E1527-21.
• Research property histories, review environmental records, conduct site recon and interviews.
• Develop conclusions on conditions, data gaps, and need for further investigation.
• Support environmental/regulatory reviews for telecom projects including NEPA docs.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors and project teams to aid due diligence.
• Analyze data, maintain records, and assist with scopes, budgets, and reports.
