Job summary

Ramaker & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Professional to perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ASTM E1527-21) and support due diligence for telecommunications projects.

You will research histories, review environmental records, conduct interviews, and evaluate potential concerns to inform project decisions. Based in the upper Midwest with travel roughly monthly, you will collaborate with engineers and surveyors, prepare technical reports, and support NEPA documentation as

Qualifications

• Experience preparing and reviewing Phase I ESAs under ASTM E1527-21 as Environmental Professional.
• Research property histories, environmental records, and site investigation findings.
• Prepare technical reports, evaluate recognized environmental conditions, and support conclusions with sound professional judgment.
• Work effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and serve as the Environmental Professional for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM E1527-21 and applicable All Appropriate Inquiries requirements
• Research property histories, review environmental records, conduct site reconnaissance and interviews, and evaluate potential environmental concerns
• Develop clear conclusions regarding recognized environmental conditions, significant data gaps, and the need for additional investigation
• Support environmental and regulatory reviews for telecommunications projects, including NEPA documentation and permitting coordination, as appropriate to experience
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and multidisciplinary project teams to support environmental due diligence and project delivery
• Analyze environmental data, maintain accurate project records, and assist with scopes of work, budgets, and technical report preparation
