Job summary

Ramaker & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Professional to join our telecommunications environmental team in the upper Midwest.

You will perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM E1527-21, review records, and support regulatory reviews for project delivery. You will work with engineers and surveyors, travel roughly monthly to job sites, and have the flexibility to work from home or our Madison, Wisconsin office.

Qualifications

• Experience performing Phase I ESAs under ASTM E1527-21.
• Ability to research histories and environmental records.
• Experience developing technical reports with professional judgment.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel approx monthly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and serve as Environmental Professional for Phase I ESAs.
• Research property histories, review environmental records, and interview.
• Evaluate data gaps and develop conclusions on environmental conditions.
• Support regulatory reviews and NEPA-related project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and project teams.
• Analyze data, maintain records, and assist with scopes of work and reports.
