Qualifications

• Experience preparing and reviewing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments under ASTM E1527-21.
• Ability to research property histories, environmental records, and site investigations.
• Proven capability to produce technical reports and support conclusions with professional judgment.
• Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve as Environmental Professional for Phase I ESAs under ASTM E1527-21.
• Research property histories, review environmental data, conduct site reconnaissance and interviews.
• Develop clear conclusions on environmental conditions and data gaps.
• Support regulatory reviews for telecommunications projects, including NEPA coordination.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and project teams to support due diligence.
