Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is hiring a Telecom Drill Bores Operator in Minnesota to operate drill equipment for underground fiber infrastructure. You’ll determine bore paths, locate utilities, and ensure safe equipment use in all weather conditions.

You’ll maintain bore schedules, handle site setup and maintenance, and verify utilities by potholing. Requires Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain; valid US work authorization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver''s license with clean driving record.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with drilling equipment, bore path design and setup processes.
• Authorized to work in the United States for TelCom Construction, LLC.

Responsibilities

• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Safely operate and control all necessary equipment to complete tasks.
• Verify existing utilities by potholing to determine bore path.
• Utilize Mud mixing systems.
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule.
• Responsible for site setup, clean-up, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
