Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC invites applications for a Traveling Telecom Drill Bores Operator. You will determine bore paths, locate utilities, and safely operate drill equipment to install underground telecommunications cables and infrastructure.

The position requires drilling experience, a valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement (or willingness to obtain it), and the ability to work in varied weather while maintaining schedules. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older is required.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Safely operate and control all necessary equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Verify existing utilities by potholing to determine bore path.
• Utilize “Mud” mixing systems.
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule.
• Responsible for site set-up, clean-up, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
