Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC. is seeking a Telecom Drill Bores Operator in Minnesota to operate drill equipment for underground telecom cables and infrastructure.

You will determine bore paths, locate utilities, and safely manage equipment across weather conditions while maintaining schedules and site readiness. The role requires CDL with tanker endorsement (or willingness to obtain) and experience with drilling systems.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; relevant work experience can apply.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with drilling equipment and drill setup and design processes.

Responsibilities

• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Safely operate and control all necessary equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Verify existing utilities by potholing to determine bore path.
• Utilize “Mud” mixing systems.
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule.
• Responsible for site set-up, clean-up, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned
