Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Telecom Drill Bores Operator in Minnesota to install underground telecommunications cables. You will determine bore paths, operate drilling gear, verify utilities, and maintain schedules in all weather.

The role requires a CDL with tanker endorsement or ability to obtain one and a strong focus on safety and site upkeep. Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid US work authorization, and experience with drilling equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with drilling equipment and bore operations.

Responsibilities

• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Safely operate and control all necessary equipment to complete tasks.
• Verify existing utilities by potholing to determine bore path.
• Utilize mud mixing systems.
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule.
• Site set-up, cleanup, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
