Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology implementations, upgrades, and recoveries using Enterprise Change tools.
• Align resources across multiple lines of business with matrix leadership.
• Balance stakeholder expectations with schedules and milestones for technical solutions.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation actions to protect scope and timeline.
• Provide concise progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate inventory detail updates and systems of record.
