Job summary

TELUS Digital, the digital division of TELUS, seeks a Program Manager, Delivery - CCaaS, to drive complex contact center technology programs globally. You will partner with engineering and product leaders, manage executive communications, and lead cross-functional teams across regions.

The role involves client-facing delivery governance, agile and hybrid lifecycles, and travel to client sites and TELUS offices.

Qualifications

7+ years in software development or delivery leadership roles.
Experience deploying and maintaining contact center solutions.
Proven ability to manage complex program dependencies across vendors and carriers.
Strong financial acumen with budget and variance management experience.
Empathetic leader able to handle multi-stakeholder environments.
Delivery leader capable of communicating risks and issues to executives.
Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills.
Familiarity with AI tools and adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of CCaaS engagements, including planning, design, and handoff.
Own program governance, schedules, dependencies, risks, and reporting.
Provide strong leadership to cross-functional teams across regions.
Deliver clear updates to engineering, product, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
Drive Agile and hybrid delivery lifecycles for CCaaS implementations.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization to stay within funding.
Foster an adaptive and motivated team environment.
Proactively identify opportunities and remove blockers to success.
