Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Change Manager to lead programs across multiple projects and workstreams. The role focuses on financial management, enterprise change management, and cross-functional delivery coordination to drive routine execution and leadership updates.

The successful candidate will align with sponsors and stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure changes adhere to enterprise standards while supporting forecasting and delivery planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, change management, PMO, or similar functions.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage program financials and support Technology leadership across three projects and 10+ workstreams.
• Coordinate and facilitate program routines, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
• Promote communication and collaboration across organizations to meet timelines.
• Gather and present status updates on delivery, risks, issues, and schedules to stakeholders and leadership.
• Align execution with deliverable requirements by partnering with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution.

Job Description

We are seeking a Change Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program financial management, enterprise change management, and cross-functional delivery coordination and a proven ability to drive program-wide routines, manage dependencies and risks, and produce clear, actionable updates for leadership.

Start and Logistics

• Start: ASAP. Expected start 2-4 weeks after offer.
• Role requires meeting the outlined start date due to business needs.
• Approved location: Charlotte, NC (NC1-021-04-20).

Responsibilities:

• Manage program financials and support Technology leadership across three projects and 10+ workstreams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable reports.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivation, self-direction, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities within timelines.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation abilities.
• Experience in project management, change management, PMO, or similar functions.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge or experience with large-scale ERP systems.
