Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent construction experience.
• 8+ years in electrical engineering or 15+ years in industrial construction management.
• Knowledge of low voltage electrical drawings and construction standards.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance resolving in-progress design issues and constructability concerns.
• Identify opportunities for schedule and cost savings from design and modularization.
• Identify trade partners for early contractor engagement during design phase.
• Organize cross-discipline evaluation of telecom and low voltage for sequencing and build-out.
• Identify risks for long lead construction activities and align with schedules.
• Develop and review construction bid packages for contractor award.
• Coordinate across stakeholders for full construction work breakdown structure.
• Review Vendor Data Requirement submittals for constructability impacts.
