Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead field crews in Alpharetta, GA. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor safety and quality, and ensure on-time completion of telecom/utility projects.

The role requires 3+ years in Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance, a valid driver’s license (CDL a plus), and proficiency with basic software tools. You will regularly inspect equipment and participate in client calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance.
• Must have valid driver's license; CDL a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic construction software.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and supervise employees and subcontractors for proper placement/repair of cables and restorations.
• Ensure safety, quality and production goals are met per company standards.
• Maintain daily production sheets and reports; inspect trucks/equipment for defects.
