Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company seeks a Construction Supervisor to oversee field operations for telecommunications projects across Southwest Georgia, including Macon, Albany, Columbus, and Bainbridge.

You will lead field crews, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and keep projects on schedule. A high school diploma is required, with prior supervisory experience in construction or telecom, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in construction, utilities, telecom, or related field.
• Experience directing field personnel and coordinating daily production.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel between job sites in the assigned territory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic reporting systems.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field personnel activities.
• Assign work, set priorities, monitor job-site coverage.
• Visit active construction sites across the market.
• Monitor subcontractor production and safety compliance.
• Ensure projects align with customer schedules and priorities.
• Track daily production, quality, and progress.
• Maintain reports, photos, timekeeping, and updates.
• Review construction prints and project docs.
• Resolve field roadblocks and customer concerns.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Maintain relationships with employees, subcontractors, customers.
• Reinforce safety, quality, accountability, and production.
• Assist with workforce planning and employee development.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.
