Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Lead Field Trainer to educate and mentor field crews across diesel equipment, hand tools, and underground cabling. You will ensure safety and quality while simulating real-world scenarios in classroom and on-site sessions.

The role requires leadership experience in utility/construction environments, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with various teams. On-site work in Georgia with competitive pay and benefits.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• US work authorization required for this company.
• Experience leading utility/construction crews in field settings.
• Telecom construction experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.
• Ability to teach both classroom and field sessions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.
• Basic computer skills; Google apps familiarity preferred.
• CDL Class A license preferred; DOT medical card required.

Mansioni

• Train new and existing employees to company standards across multiple equipment types.
• Demonstrate safe operation of heavy machinery and tools.
• Locate utilities and install underground cabling in field settings.
• Oversee flagging, site restoration and equipment setup as needed.
• Maintain training records and assist managers with development plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
