Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC in Albany, GA is seeking a Construction Supervisor to direct and supervise crews, subcontractors, and field operations for telecommunications and utility projects, ensuring work meets contract specs.

The role requires 3+ years in telecom/utility construction, CDL preferred, ability to lift 50-75 lbs, and strong reading of prints and maps; benefits include weekly paychecks, PTO, parental leave, holidays, 401(k) with company match, stock purchase plan, education

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus.
• Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel and Google applications.
• Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed, with or without assistance.
• Able to work overtime, after hours, on weekends or emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and supervise employees and subcontractors in the correct placement/repair of cable and restorations ensuring results are according to contract and process specifications
• Ensure employees meet all safety, quality, and production goals according to rules, regulations, and standards set by company
• Maintain daily production sheets and other reporting
• Inspect trucks/equipment for defects
• Participate in daily/weekly calls with operations and customers
• Resolve complaints
• Performs other duties as necessary
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally
