The candidate should bring 3+ years in telecom/utility construction, valid CDL, tool proficiency, and the ability to read prints/maps while managing equipment and logistics on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) and ability to operate utility trucks and equipment.
• Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps to identify underground utilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel and Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and supervise employees and subcontractors in cable placement/repair.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production goals per company rules and standards.
• Maintain daily production sheets and reporting.
• Participate in daily/weekly calls with operations and customers.
• Maintain positive working relationships internally and externally.
