Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily activities of technicians in telecom cable projects to meet timelines, quality, and cost targets.
• Enforce safety regulations, certifications, and company policies to ensure safe work practices.
• Assign tasks and schedules to team members, including ITG employees and partner staff, ensuring proper resource allocation.
• Monitor progress and quality, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.
• Provide training and guidance to team members, including linemen and drillers.
• Address and resolve on-site operational issues and support customer interactions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management to aid timely decision-making and improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and conduct regular safety toolbox talks.
