Job summary

TelCom Construction is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations, delivering leadership to Foremen and crews, and coordinating materials, equipment, and labor for local work with occasional travel.

The role requires 18+ years of age, US work authorization, prior utility construction crew leadership, and familiarity with telecom MSA contracts. Strong Excel/database skills and a valid driver’s license are essential; a DOT medical card and Class A CDL are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading utility construction crews.
• Experience with telecom MSA contracts preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and database software.
• DOT medical card and valid driver’s license required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations.
• Complete projects on schedule.
• Provide leadership to Foremen and crews.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verify locates, materials and billings.
• Provide all required job reporting.
• Complete as-builts and redlines.
• Participate in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
